| Maintenance manipulator technology is widely used in metallurgy,automotive,logistics,energy and other industries.There are different degrees of problems in different application backgrounds.This article takes the high-pressure injection valve repair construction project in a public hot-rolling plant of a hot rolling mill as the practical application background,and designs and produces a high-pressure injection valve maintenance manipulator for a hot-rolling mill of a steel plant.The manipulator is reasonable in structure,simple in use,and greatly improved.The efficiency of inspection and repair,as well as the safety and quality index in the course of operation,has been highly recognized by the equipment manufacturers and has won a wide range of honors for the company.This paper aims at designing a new type of maintenance manipulator for the practical application background.The main work done is as follows:Firstly,the mechanism of maintenance is analyzed,and the mechanical structure and electrical circuit of the manipulator device are designed and researched,and a preliminary design scheme and ideas are formulated.Combine the application background,analyze the overhaul process of the high-pressure descaling pump in the original hot rolling mill,study the problems existing in the process,propose countermeasures,determine the mechanical structure design method and key technologies,and then pass the actuator verification,drive device selection and control circuit.The design,analysis and determination of matching electrical circuit design schemes.Secondly,three-dimensional modeling simulation and finite element analysis of key components.The use of AutoCAD for three-dimensional modeling,combined with the characteristics of the actual work,the use of simulation principles analysis,design and simulation of maintenance manipulators to ensure the smooth implementation and achieve the desired results.And the bearing capacity of the screw mechanism of the device is analyzed by ANSYS software to ensure that its mechanical properties do not damage the equipment itself,ensuring that the device can run safely and reliably.Finally,the modern machining technology is used to optimize the structure,and the manipulator is manufactured and verified by experiments.The device is humanized,and the electrical circuit is rationalized,designed and arranged to make it conform to the industrial design.Through debugging,application and amendment,after six months’ probation period,all aspects of indicators are well implemented,which verifies the rationality and reliability of the design. |
