Evaluation of resource-environment carrying capacity and the land space zoning have become a hot issue for scholars,especially in the environment where the contradictions between people and land are increasingly prominent,the ecological environment is deteriorating and the resource are relatively short.Based on the analysis of the predecessors ’ research results,this paper chosen the Qixia area of the hilly region of Jiaodong Peninsula as the research area,and constructed the evaluation system of the carrying capacity of resource and environment.This paper taked the GIS technology as the support to calculate the evaluation result,taking the land space zoning as the foothold,taking the result of the resource and environment carrying capacity as the foundation,combining the river buffer and the existing land use situation to carry on the Qixia land space zoning.The main findings are as follows:(1)By evaluating the ecological supporting force of the research area,selecting the evaluation index,quantifying the evaluation index quantitatively,and using the spatial superposition analysis to obtain the evaluation result chart of the resource environment ecological support force.The analysis showed that the area of the weak ecological support was about 11% of the total area,mainly distributed in the northwest and southeast of Qixia,these areas had higher altitude and larger slope.The analysis showed that the area of the general ecological support was about 25% of the total area,mainly in the northwest and Middle East of Qixia and part of the Western Guan Dao town and part of the northern Zang Jia Zhuang town,the landscape fragmentation was larger.The area of strong ecological support was larger,which was mainly distributed in the gentle terrain of northeast and southwest,the soil quality was mild pollution.The areas with strong ecological support was 29% of the total area,and these areas have less restrictive conditions on land use,and these areas have high land use efficiency and large ecological elasticity.(2)This paper evaluated the social and economic pressure in the research area,and obtained the evaluation result of the social economic pressure of each township by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the scores of the Tang Jiapo,Miao Hou,Xi Cheng,the Tao and the view towns were all over 0.7,and these regions do not have great resources and environmental social and economic pressure.The following 6 areas,including the Guan Dao town,She Wobo,Zang Jia Zhuang,Zhuang Yuan,Cui Ping and Development zone,had a score of around 0.5 and need attention.Su Jia Dian,Si Kou,Yang Yi,Ting Kou,Song Shan,these five regions their score was lower,especially in the Si Kou and the Ting Kou town of the environment pollution is the main influence factors,therefore should be targeted to reduce the socio-economic pressure of these regions.(3)This paper comprehensively evaluates the resource and environment carrying capacity of the research area,combined the evaluation result of ecological support force with the evaluation result of social economic pressure,and obtained the evaluation result of Qixia resource environment carrying capacity.Through the analysis results,the weak bearing capacity of the region accounted for about 17% of the total area,mainly including Su Jia Dian town,Cui Ping Street,Song Shan Street,Tang Jia Bo town,Ting Kou town,etc.The regions with general capacity were mainly located in the northwest and southeast of Qixia,accounting for about 27% of the total area,and the regions with weaker bearing capacity were closely related.Strong bearing capacity of the region mainly includes Si Kou,Guan Dao town,Su Jia Dian Town,Songshan Street,these places the resources and environment bearing capacity was large,can considered according to the situation of carrying capacity to develop economic construction.The regional distribution of strong bearing capacity occupies about 24% of the area,through the analysis result,the Qixia bearing capacity is better,which is helpful to realize the goal of sustainable development and has great potential for development.(4)Spatial zoning of land use.Based on the evaluation result of Qixia resource and environment carrying capacity,combined with the buffer zone between rivers and plots in Qixia,considering the characteristics of regional economic and social development and land use status,the land was divided into 4 types of forbidden development zone,limited development zone,optimization development zone,key development zone and corresponding strategy.The influence of the development zone mainly on the mountains of AI and Ya.Restricted zones are mainly distributed in Songshan Street,Cuiping Street,Tang Jia Bo Town and other areas,optimize the development zone accounted for about 32% of the area,due to these places less restrictive crops,crops suitable for a wide range,but also suitable for planting areas of orchards.The key development zone was mainly the southeast-northeast flat grain production area and the southwest hilly grain-fruit comprehensive utilization area,which occupies about 25% of the area,was the traditional agricultural region,had the good agriculture infrastructure,may continue to use efficiently.
