With the deepening of the ageing population in China and the shift in the concept of the elderly,more and more elderly people have chosen to live in nursing homes.The nursing homes have also become the focus of attention of the people and society because of the country's attention.However,there are still many problems in the design of the nursing home owned by our country at the current stage,such as the old layout of the facilities and the old facilities,inadequate indoor and outdoor equipment,and many hidden dangers.These problems greatly restrict the development of nursing homes.Due to the particularity of the elderly population,the design of water supply and drainage and firefighting systems for nursing homes has its own particularities.Therefore,in order to ensure the effectiveness and safety of various systems,this article combines the research and investigations of the water supply and drainage and firefighting systems for nursing homes.Specialities were optimized for design studies.This article takes the urban nursing home in Chongqing as the main research object.Through investigation and investigation,we understand the current situation of nursing homes,collect the water use situation of each nursing home,and survey the living habits and needs of the elderly by issuing questionnaires.We conclude that there are nursing homes.Problems in the building's water supply and drainage and firefighting systems pave the way for research into the optimal design of drainage and fire protection systems for nursing homes.Secondly,research was conducted on the water supply system for nursing homes.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the existing water use conditions,the use of the quadratic averaging method and the probability measurement algorithm,and with reference to the standards of the national water quotas in each specification,determine the water usage quotas for nursing home buildings.Analyze and compare the calculation method of the second-rate flow of water supply design at home and abroad,and draw the conclusion that the calculation result of the Hunter Curve method is more in line with the actual water usage of the nursing home building.In response to the need for hot water use by the elderly,a design scheme for hot water systems for nursing homes was provided.At the same time,under the premise of guaranteeing the normal use of water in nursing home buildings,the use of water-saving appliances and water-saving measures for water reuse are proposed.Then the nursing home building drainage system was studied.According to the needs of nursing home building drainage,the choice of drainage system is diversified,and the influencing factors are more difficult to quantify.The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to optimize the drainage system of the nursing home building under specific conditions.And put forward the optimization plan for floor drainage of toilets in nursing homes and reducing drainage noise.Finally,the fire protection system for nursing homes was studied.The characteristics of fires in nursing home buildings were analyzed,and the behavioral reaction time of fire personnel in nursing homes was discussed.The types of automatic sprinkler systems and nozzles that were suitable for nursing home buildings were determined.The layout distance of sprinkler heads in public areas of nursing homes,layout of shower heads in rooms,and effective volume of high-rank fire-fighting water tanks were discussed.Proposed fire hose reel and fire extinguisher settings.
