Environmental deterioration and energy shortage have brought unprecedented challenges to the development of the automotive industry.Under such a severe situation,the research on new energy vehicles is going on.Electric vehicle is free from the dependence on oil resources,so it has developed rapidly in recent years.Especially in the mine industry,considering the economic and security problems,due to the complexity of the working environment,underground transport vehicles often run in the condition of braking,if the braking energy can be recycled,to a great extent,the energy utilization of underground transport vehicles can be largely improved.Taking an electric underground transport vehicle as the research object,from the mechanical point of view,this paper analyzes the force of a single wheel and vehicle in the braking process,and then puts forward a braking energy recovery control strategy under the condition of meeting the ECE braking regulations.The main content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the conversion path to the regenerative braking energy in the process is introduced,and the structure of the electric underground transport vehicle regenerative braking system is described.Finally this paper investigates and selects the motor and cell model used in the regenerative braking system.Secondly,in CRUISE software,the model of electric underground transport vehicle is established in this paper.A cycle condition and two single braking conditions are also set up.According to the proposed scheme,the control strategy is established in the MATLAB/SIMULINK,then output the DLL file,which can be connected to the CRUISE software.Finally,the model equipped with control strategy is tested under the three simulated working conditions,then,according to the simulation results,it is concluded that the control strategy really has the effect of braking energy recovery.
