The mining electric vehicle has greatly improved the mine operating environment with the strong advantages of“zero emission,low energy consumption and low noise",and injected green mining elements into coal mines.It is very practical to study the regenerative braking of mining electric vehicle with the complicated driving conditions,the frequent application of different strength braking and deceleration.This thesis has designed a regenerative braking torque distribution strategy for light-weight,rear-wheel-drive mining electric vehicles.The main works are shown below:(1)According to the practical application of mining electric vehicle,in order to fit the requirements of vehicle performance design,the parameters matching analysis of power assembly conponents is conducted based on the vehicle power and economy.On this basis,the selection of motor and battery is completed,and the regenerative braking energy generation process of the asynchronous motor is analyzed to clarify the objectives of this study.(2)Through the motor performance,battery operating characteristics and the European ECE regulations detailed analysis of the three aspects,the relationship between the motor brake and mechanical brake were clarified.On the basis of the above analysis,the allocation strategy based on braking intensity of braking torque was designed.(3)According to the vehicle layout,the simulation model of the vehicle performance was built by AVL-Cruise software,the power distribution strategy established by MATLAB/Simulink were carried out for joint simulation.Simulation was carried out under certain braking conditions and typical urban cycling conditions.The evaluation and analysis of the braking energy recovery effect are analyzed.(4)On the experimental platform of regenerative braking,the braking torque distribution strategy based on braking strength experiments were completed,and the experimental results were compared with the results of simulation analysis,the results show that the strategy of braking energy recovery system is effective recovery of braking energy.The correctness of the regenerative braking torque distribution control strategy is verified.
