| Oil drilling industry is a complex working conditions,high energy consumption industries,regenerative braking energy generated in the working process of the drilling rig and the surplus energy of public dc bus current cannot effectively recycling,this part of the energy is mainly through to the current braking resistor,through the way of heat loss.The study found that,if the motor brake the energy generated in the process of the collected energy storage control system,and the energy storage control system connected to the rig’s main power circuit,the system can restrain the fluctuation of the electric energy,improve power quality.Rig during the trip at the same time,the discharge due to drilling tools,drilling tools such as drilling,there are necessary interrupt time,lead to these generators in light load condition during a waste of fuel,cause this part can’t effective use of energy,how will this part of the energy collected and as an effective complement,drilling operation energy is the energy storage of a research target.Firstly,This article introduced in the current rig energy loss and could not be recycled,and the research status of energy storage control system.Based on the analysis of drilling rig,on the basis of electrical structure and operating mode,introduced the general working conditions of energy consumption braking equipment usage,and then the double energy storage control system introduces the energy storage unit and a DC/DC module and selection.Secondly,reanalysis rig need to collect and release the energy of the information,including occurring in the process of braking energy,a field user specific requirements for drill,drill causes on the basis of abundant energy,dual energy storage control system for the selection of strategy of energy storage component capacity,then the control strategy of the energy storage system,introduces the hardware and software design,complete the work of the whole design of the control system of dual energy storage.Thirdly,the system on a drilling rig in oilfield field validation of charging and discharging.Finally,the results indicate this kind of dual energy storage control system is feasible and effective control strategy.Rig related equipment after the application of frequency and voltage waveform stabilised,meet the requirements of operation condition power grid power quality,reduce the machine use cost and protect the environment. |
