The research content of this topic is the school enterprise cooperation project.XXX malt Equipment Co,Ltd.has a large gap compared with the foreign counterparts on the level of equipment research and development.The main performance is that malt production line is an order oriented personalized product.Different working environment,different raw materials and different processes have greater impact in the layout of the production line.In view of the shortage of enterprise product information,combined with the characteristics of enterprise product,this paper integrates the layout design of malt production line,the parameterized design of equipment model and the finite element analysis of key components,and combines the functions of the EPDM platform itself,and realizes the management and sharing of the drawings and documents and the design resources.The contents and results of this research are as follows:(1)Build enterprise product resource library.Its main contents include three dimensional model resource library,engineering drawing template library,enterprise data resource base,etc.The product resource database will provide the basic resources for the whole malt production line,logistics simulation animation and digital design platform.(2)Aiming at the characteristics of enterprise products,this paper develop a CAD/CAE system that meets the requirements of enterprise design.The enterprise uses the CAD function module to carry out the parameterized design of the equipment,make the change of the product’s shape and size,greatly improve the efficiency of the product design,and then combine the CAE function module to make the parametric finite element analysis of the key parts of the malt production equipment to ensure the rationality of the product design and greatly reduce the design.It is difficult for people to use the CAE system.(3)The malt production line adopts the layout design system to select the equipment quickly and the positioning connection between the equipment,and combine the animation simulation software 3DVIA to realize the display of the process flow of the whole production line,and effectively store the animated material through the digital design platform,and the enterprise designers can move against the different production lines to the different production lines.The material is revised and spliced,saving the time for enterprises to remake animation.(4)According to the data requirements and management processes of the enterprise,the data resources and the drawings and documents are managed effectively on the EPDM platform,and the relationship between the properties of the 3D software SolidWorks is established.The assembly relationship between the products of the enterprise is fully described through the graphical interface,and the BOM table can be generated automatically.The management process of the enterprise is controlled,the authority is assigned to the enterprise personnel,and each step and each person can be recorded by the PDM platform to realize the standardization and planning of the enterprise management.(5)The digital design system is built by VB.NET programming software,combined with the SolidWorks two development technology and software,and based on the database management software SQL,the integration of various functional modules of the system platform is realized,and it can be integrated with the enterprise 3D software SolidWorks seamlessly,conforming to the working environment of the enterprise designer.
