Malting equipment is the maker of raw material in the process of beer brewing.After decades of development,the malting equipment manufacture enterprises also have achieved certain capability in product development.However,as a typical product of variant design and custom design,the malting equipment commonly adopted 2D design.It is of long design cycle and low efficiency,and is difficult to meet the needs of the current design,so it is urgent to for malting equipment manufacturing enterprise to cultivate fast and efficient development capabilities.With the rapid development of computer and mechanical CAD technology,parameterization,serialization and intelligence in product design have become a trend for the product development in malting equipment industry.Therefore,this thesis will integrate parametric design,knowledge engineering with PDM to research and develop the digital design platform of the malting equipment.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Developing requirements analysis and architecture research of malting equipment based on the digital design platform.Through the survey of a certain company,the author summarizes the requirements of malting equipment digital design.Furthermore,the overall framework of malting equipment digital design platform is built on the basis of EPDM,and the author also reveal the systematic ideas and development environment.2.Implementing the key technology research on malting equipment digital design system based on EPDM.On the basis of the function introduction on account of EPDM system,this paper mainly studies four functions such as: user rights management,project workflow management,BOM design and product design repository management of malting equipment digital design system under EPDM.3.Developing malting equipment digital design platform.According to the systematic requirement analysis,the thesis mainly proposes the concept of standardization,and studies the following three parts: production pattern management,SolidWorks templates,and product standardization.Moreover,the focuses is to complete malting equipment components parametric design which is based on the secondary development of SolidWorks with VB.NET,to make the finite element analysis of key components and to generate engineering drawings automatically.And with embedment of integrated tolerance query and static load calculation aids into the system,the study provides design assistance for the new product design.4.Validating the platform’s feasibility through the application of practical projects.According to the needs of actual project,the study goes around the practical application of the cone steep tank design,and verifies that the application of this platform can effectively shorten the malting equipment production development cycle,reduce development costs and improve the market’s rapid response. |
