| Objective:According to the concentrations of particulates, sulfides, and nitrogen oxides in the atmospheric environment in Shenyang City from January 2016 to December 2016,the city’s air pollution contributory factors were analyzed, and the hysteresis effect of atmospheric pollutants on respiratory disease outpatient visits was also discussed. Methods:By statistical software, the main air pollutants in Shenyang and respiratory system disease clinic on descriptive analysis of data,to assess their correlation, and analysis of the number of air pollution on respiratory clinics lag effect.Results:1.The major atmospheric pollutants in Shenyang are PM2.5,PM10,NO2,and S02.The concentration of atmospheric pollutants and the peak number of residents attending the daily out-patient clinics are concentrated in winter and summer is a trough period.2.There is a significant correlation between air pollutants and respiratory disease outpatients. As the concentration of pollutants increases, the number of visits to respiratory medicine clinics also increases.3.Pollutants have a certain lag for respiratory diseases. The best lag days for PM2.5,PM10,NO2 and SO2 are 1days,4days,1days and 3days,respectively.Its concentration increases(including 10 g/m3,the corresponding percentage increase in the respiratory system disease, clinic(ER)were 1.31%(95% CI: 95% 1.2%),95%(95% CI: 1.18% ~ 1.4%),95%(95% CI: 95% 4.91%),95%(95% CI: 95% 2.75%).Conclusion:There is a correlation between the concentration of atmospheric pollutants and the outpatient visits to respiratory diseases in Shenyang. The increase in the concentration of major atmospheric pollutants can lead to an increase in outpatient visits to respiratory diseases, and this effect has significant lag. |
