Research And Implementation Of Sewing Pattern Generation Algorithm And Its Data Distribution

The rapid development of the clothing industry brings the continuous innovation of sewing equipment,and the pattern sewing machine,as the most representative sewing equipment,has become the research object of this paper.This paper is based on the current research status of pattern generation algorithm and pattern file transmission.On the basis of analyzing the actual needs of users,the algorithm of sewing pattern generation is improved,and the data distribution network of pattern files is designed.In order to improve pattern sewing quality and sewing pattern file transmission efficiency problems,the following three points were studied.(1)The sewing pattern generation algorithm was designed.On the basis of analyzing the pattern data produced by the AUTOCAD,COREDRAW and AI drawing software,the line turning point algorithm for pattern data,and reversing sewing and contracting sewing for non closed graph,and reinforcing sewing for the closed graph and the other customized algorithm were designed and implemented,the control algorithm of unilateral inflection point deceleration for the pattern data was studied and put forward.(2)The data distribution network for sewing pattern files was designed.ZigBee network was constructed to realize wireless data distribution.Serial port communication software was designed for data distribution in PC terminal,and ARM terminal of pattern machine controller was used to receive data,the ZigBee wireless network was used to realize the wireless data distribution from the PC to the ARM terminal of the pattern machine controller.(3)Finally,based on the research of sewing pattern generation algorithm and data distribution,the intelligent pattern sewing machine software was designed and implemented.Based on Windows platforms and used the VS2010 development tool,designed the intelligent software,including the commonly used graphics file parsing,the graph edit,graph fitting,simulation of sewing,sewing file generation,serial data distribution and other modules.At present,the research results of this algorithm and data distribution have been applied in intelligent pattern sewing machine software" intelligent software".Its sewing pattern has the advantages of uniform trace and good effect.The data distribution function can not only improve the efficiency of data transmission,but also can be used in the pattern customization of connecting multiple pattern sewing machine.
