Research On Government Responsibility In The Construction Of Xuzhou Eco-city

In the era of industrialization,urbanization,and the rapid development of regional integration,a series of problems have arisen in the construction and development of cities.It is in this context that the construction of eco-city has been proposed.As the main part of urban construction,the responsibility of government in the construction of eco-city includes three aspects which are the construction of ecological,economic and social.After using the combing of related literature,and clear the relevant concepts and theories involved in the study,the article concluded that at present the construction of ecological city of Xuzhou is still in the initial stage,by using investigation,literature research methods and combined with China’s ecological city construction and development report.In recent years,although the ecological city construction of Xuzhou has work,it still faced with the problems of serious ecological environment,weak economic strength,the concept of environmental protection which has not been deeply rooted,and ignoring regional links while unilaterally stressed the ecological construction of the central city.Further develop and upgrade the city in the new era,the government of Xuzhou needs to strengthen the city’s ecological,economic and social construction responsibilities.Specificially include the mine subsidence governance so that realize sustainable development of urban ecological environment,promote the city economic restructuring and upgrading,making urban and rural coordinated development,focus on cultivating urban ecological culture,raising public and enterprises awareness of environmental protection and participation,promote the establishment of regional public authorities,achieving regional ecological development cooperation.Among them,regional ecological cooperation between governances is an important problem that needs to be solved in the further development of Xuzhou eco-city.
