Chinese Buddhism clothing is the important one of the symbols of the external image of Chinese Buddhism,it not only inherited the Indian buddhist sangha dress ideas and practices,but also reflects the rich features of han nationality and ethnic characteristics.Articles of mahayana buddhist sangha suit system,the history of the formation,shape and its social and cultural significance are discussed in this paper,and compared it with Taoism clothing and other schools of buddhist sangha clothing and then analyzed.This article is trying to get a comprehensive understanding and explaining the Buddhism sangha characteristics and connotations.Through the investigation and study of related fields,found that about mahayana buddhist sangha apparel related record and sort out the literature rarely.So this article research is very valuable.The article used research methods including historical method,observation method,comparative method and so on.First of all,by the methods of historical literature,the mahayana buddhist monk clothing history origin and it changes with time,in order to have a more intuitive and thorough understanding of the research,and then through related to Buddhism or clothing exhibition,to the field of the temple of typical regions,using observation,interviews,in the form of measurement and data collected,it compares and analyses the several kinds of clothing and other related conclusion mahayana buddhist monk suit the specific design,structure,and the way of wearing,rules,etc.,in system and monk clothing began to keep now introduced to our country traditional Chinese national dress up a kind of clothing,through research and analysis of it,we will help us better understand traditional Chinese clothing and national costumes,spreading the culture of the Chinese nation and the spirit.
