In recent years,China's agricultural modernization has achieved remarkable results, but it has also caused serious agricultural environmental pollution, which has seriously affected the sustainable development of agriculture in China. With the idea of green development,it is the general trend to pay attention to the pollution control of agricultural environment. However, there are many differences in various regions of China, which in some extent lead to significant differences in the pollution control of agricultural environment in various regions of China. In order to better carry out agricultural environmental pollution control,it is necessary to analyze the differences of agricultural environmental pollution control and find the reasons for the difference. In order to grasp the characteristics of agricultural environmental pollution in our country, first of all,we carry out the economic analysis of agricultural environmental pollution in China based on the reality of our country, the basis of a large amount of literature collecting and reading and combining with the environmental kuznets curve and externality theory; Then the paper constructs the index system from water, soil and atmospheric resources three dimension, collecting the related data in 2004-2016,using the principal component method to measure the regional agricultural environmental pollution control level in our country on the basis of theoretical analysis. This article adopts the method of combining static analysis and dynamic analysis to further analyzing the differences of agricultural environment pollution sources: first collected in 2004-2016 waste water emissions, waste water governance investment index data and use the decomposable characteristics of Theil coefficient to calculate the regional differences, regional differences and regional differences in three belts contribution of agricultural environmental pollution control. Then using the combination of ESDA and GIS technology, the spatial autocorrelation analysis of agricultural environmental pollution control scores in China was carried out. Finally,on the basis of understanding the spatial difference of agricultural environmental pollution control in China, the paper uses panel data analysis to understand the causes of agricultural environmental pollution control in China. The results of theoretical and empirical studies show that: first, there are significant differences in environmental pollution control of agricultural environmentand the level of governance is constantly changing.Second, the waste water discharge governance effect difference continues to expand, sulfur dioxide emissions governance effect overall difference showed a trend of decline, the degree of agricultural fertilizer held steady overall difference and slightly decreased;Third,China's agricultural environmental pollution control score has spatial positive correlation and is in dynamic change;Fourth,in 2016,there are three regions in China, including Xinjiang,Qinghai and Tibet, where the high value is concentrated, while the low value cluster in China has 10 regions concentrated in the southeast direction.Fifth, the area of high value agglomeration in our country is expanding, but the change is small and the area of low value agglomeration has not changed.Sixth, our country agricultural environment pollution by the proportion of urban population, industrial pollution control investment, crop planting area etc.The degree of influence of various influencing factors on agricultural environmental pollution control in different areas is different. This paper believes that the following aspects should be improved: first, the environmental protection assessment system should be built and education training should be strengthened to enhance environmental awareness.Second, strengthen environmental governance learning cooperation and innovative environmental governance assistance system;Third, adhere to the road of sustainable development and promote the research and application of governance technologies;Fourth, establish and improve the pollution monitoring network and focus on improving the weak links of governance.
