Wetland is one of the most important environmental capitals of mankind. As China's urban construction progresses, there is a very complex relationship between human settlement environment and ecological environment. The key point is more concerned with how to coordinate with it.sustainable development. The functional wetland is a study of the increasing scarcity of freshwater resources in our cities, the deteriorating environmental ecology, the serious shortage of water resources, and the frequent occurrence of urban internal haze. The study of functional wetlands starts from the perspective of system theory, and the concept of functional wetland is formed through the “top down” logic of analysis, induction, reduction, and deduction through reductionist methods.Functional wetlands have multiple levels;openness and dynamics;each element has its own intelligence and adaptability.Explain that it is a complex system,so its research should not only be performed from the perspective of system theory, but also need to study it from the perspective of a complex system. The research method of complex systems is used to improve and supplement the original research methods of functional wetland, from the qualitative research of traditional systems science perspective to the quantitative research development of complex systems science perspective, and to use the logical approach of “bottom-up”.The multi-agent simulation research method studies the dynamic evolution of functional wetland from the perspective of complex systems. Therefore, this paper selects the entry point for storm floods from the perspective of a complex system, and uses a multi-agent simulation technique as a bottom-up complex system analysis tool to model the complex building risk of storms and floods on the Xiamen campus of Huaqiao University.Study and analysis of model simulation and simulation results, comparative analysis of the emerging impacts of this complex system on simulated observation of different storm levels, different stable permeability and initial permeability, summed up its development law,and research methods for functional wetland complex system perspective At the same time,it also provides model simulation data for planning and design as reference materials. In the use of technology,it is also found that the technology still has difficulties in application of model construction and results analysis, and it needs to be deepened in subsequent research.
