With the growth of our economy and the enhancement of comprehensive national strength,Cement manufacturing technology is developing towards high performance.It is very important for cement manufacturing enterprises to grasp the production and quality management.At the same time,Control the cost of cement is based on the industry’s key enterprises and directly serves the ultimate goal of the enterprise.Reducing the cost can reduce the cost and increase the profit.It is the main safeguard against internal and external factors and survival.How to reduce the cost of enterprises has always been one of the core issues discussed by the enterprise managers,and also the foundation of a company to gain a foothold in a large market.Golmud branch of qinghai cement co.LTD is the leading enterprise in producing special cement and high grade cement in qinghai province,mainly engaged in the production and sales of cement and products.However,the main contradiction at present is that the management of the company is in a hurry to seek for success,and it is one-sided to think that the sales volume is directly proportional to the profit.They believe that the larger the sales volume and the fatter the profit,the more they will focus on the daily sales volume,monthly sales volume and annual sales volume,which is divorced from the actual cost structure associated with the cost management of cement products.So,It resulted in high cost control and profit loss of cement products.Therefore,this paper combines the practical and effective measures of reducing costs,In order to enable our company to gain a firm foothold in the fierce northwest market.Based on the current situation of cost control of Golmud branch of qinghai cement co.LTD,in view of the current cost of continuous rising and high problems,the factors affecting the cost control are analyzed.Then according to their own characteristics of cement products production and production cost control weaknesses,it’s analyzed mainly from the production technology of cement phase "material,the labor,fees and other" four aspects of in-depth business line by field visits from raw material procurement,inventory,production purchasing department staff skills testing,production equipment,the cement industry characteristics,peak production,had winter cement,and many other factors,to explore their own development production cost control countermeasures and the effective measures,so that in the later practice constantly improve,optimization of cost management.By analyzing the problems of the cost supervision of Golmud branch of qinghai cement co.LTD,I explore its new way following aspects from the theory and actually,strengthening raw material purchasing and inventory management,perfecting examination system and staff skills upgrading,optimization of production technology and production equipment supervision,making account of the wrong peak production period of cement industry and actively responding to the transfer station had winter cement market.It can change the deep-seated cost consciousness of management and optimize the cost management system of cement products.Therefore,optimizing cost management is of great significance for the improvement of economic efficiency.
