Research On Production Cost Control System Of KL Liquefaction Company

In recent years,China's energy companies have a good prospect of development.Some enterprises have a good momentum of development both domestically and in the international market.Under the new development concept of "innovation,harmony,green,openness,and sharing",the development of the natural gas industry has grown.More and more attention has been paid to it.KL liquefaction company as an energy-based company,in the "Blue Sky Project" under the guidance of the face of fierce market competition,how to enhance the company's core competitiveness,improve economic efficiency is an urgent problem to be solved by business managers.In the face of difficult market share increase,the significance of cost management and control is highlighted.Reducing costs and improving product quality are the magic weapons that must be achieved in the development of energy processing companies.This paper investigates the cost management of KL liquefaction companies and analyzes the problems existing in the company's production cost management.Based on relevant literature and other practical experiences,it combines the actual production and operation status of KL liquefaction company and based on the PDCA concept.KL liquefaction company's production cost control system is designed.The system covers cost center division and budget formulation,budget execution and process control,cost analysis and evaluation,problem improvement and system improvement,forms a closed-loop cost management system,and continuously improves the company's production and operation status.
