Research On Environmental Cost Control Of ZX Cement Plant

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has reviewed the situation and deeply considered and grasped the historical position of China's economic and social development,and incorporated the construction of ecological civilization into the overall layout of the "five in one" of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The new concept of “ecological green civilization” is “Green Mountain and Green Mountain”.In 2018,China officially implemented the Environmental Protection Tax Law,which fully demonstrated the importance attached by the party and the state to ecological environmental protection.As the main body of market economic activities,enterprises have close links with their production activities and ecological environment.How to effectively control environmental costs and achieve coordinated development of economic and environmental benefits is a problem that enterprises must consider in the future sustainable development.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of environmental cost control in ZX Cement Factory.Based on the experience of environmental cost control in Germany and Japan,this paper proposes the countermeasures for environmental cost control of ZX Cement Factory from two aspects: internal improvement and external protection.ZX Cement Factory has an important significance in effectively controlling environmental costs and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
