Research On Safety Production Management System Of FK Company

The character of our country’s energy is "rich coal,lean oil and less gas",and our country is among one of the few countries that use coal as its main energy source.As an important energy industry in our country,it is also an industry with high risk.The safety management is very difficult and the safety problems are prominent.FK Company,although as a half-hundred-year-old mine,has long insisted on the guiding ideology of safe development for scientific development and paid close attention to production safety management,as the characteristics of old mines such as well far away become more and more prominent in recent years,the difficulty of coal mining gradually increases,Security management is facing a series of new problems.Therefore,to further study and grasp the law of safety production management,improve and enhance the level of safety production management is of great practical significance to coal mining enterprises.First of all,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the theory of Heinrich security theory,the theory of system safety,the theory of intrinsic safety,the accident causes theory and other major theories through literature research,data sta tistics and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the unfavorable factors that may affect the safety in the process of industrial production,describes the mechanism of different types of accidents and clarifies the effective methods for the control of production safety management processes.Secondly,focusing on the company profile,organization mode,existing production safety management system and existing main problems,the current situation of safety production management in FK Company was overall analyzed.Thirdly,Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to build an index system of influencing factors of FK Company’s production safety management.The weight results of each index are analyzed,and the impact of each index on FK’s production safet y management is clarified.Finally,combine the actual situation of FK Company,according to the four parts of "human-machine-environment-management" in the theory of intrinsic safety management,we take the bidirectional control mode and formulate the s ystem plan which accords with the actual production safety management of FK Company.The research results will be beneficial to FK to improve and enhance its safe production management level.
