| Chinese coal resources are mainly distributed in Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Shanxi a nd other northwestern provinces,so the West coal east,north coal transport pattern will exist for a long time.Coal from the underground mining to the coal products consumpti on enterprises there is a long transport links,coal sales price in the transport costs occup y a large part.In this thesis,it is of great practical significance to study the economic evaluation of large coal container station.In this thesis the economic evaluation of the construction project of Hailesihao Coal container station is taken as an example,and the current rese arch situation of the project economic evaluation is discussed.Based on the evaluation o f the concept,characteristics and needs to be concerned about the place,summed up the economic evaluation methods and risk analysis methods.Through the SWOT analysis o f the project,a clear project positioning;a brief review of the project construction progr am and implementation plan.Then,this thesis focuses on the economic evaluation and r isk analysis of the construction project of the Hailesihao Coal container station.Throug h the break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis,the break-even balance of the project is determined,and we can know the comparison between the sales price and the operati ng cost is obtained.Through the application of expert evaluation method,the project ris k identification,and according to the specific risk of the corresponding response strategi es.And finally come to the project policy support,technical feasibility,economic ration ality,access to good economic and social benefits of the successful conclusion.This thesis systematically studies the indicators and system of economic evaluation of coal container station construction projects,the successful experiences and shortcomings of the project summary can provide a reference mode and experience for the econo mic evaluation of other new coal container stations. |
