| In order to improve air pollution,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region actively promoted the transfer of iron to railways,adjusted the transportation structure,and changed the mode of cargo transportation.At present,there is no actual working department to make statistics on the emission reductions and benefits of the transit railway.It is not possible to directly find relevant data and determine whether the transit railway is worthwhile.In this study,by establishing a green benefit model for the reduction of public transit freight transportation,combined with the volume of public transit iron transportation and pollutant emission reduction in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,a green benefit analysis of the public transit iron in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is provided to provide a basis for judging whether the transit iron is worthwhile And put forward relevant suggestions for the subsequent development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Railway.Based on the status quo and main problems,this paper selects indicators from the economic benefits and social impacts of transit iron,and analyzes the application of emissions reduction of transit iron to establish a green benefit model for freight transportation.Aiming at the lack of relevant data on the reduction of public transit iron in the region,this paper uses the VAR model and the GREET model to estimate the freight volume and pollutant emission reduction of public transit iron in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.In estimating the volume of transit railway freight,this article first assumes that there is no transit railway in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and uses the VAR model to estimate the volume of railway freight that will not be transit railway in 2018 and 2019,and then finds 2018 and 2019 through the National Bureau of Statistics.The actual annual railway freight volume,the difference between the two data is the freight volume of the transit railway.In the estimation of the pollutant emission reduction of the transit railway,the data of diesel trucks in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was used to estimate the total life cycle pollutant emissions of diesel truck transportation and electric locomotive transportation using the GREET model,and the per-ton kilometer of the transit railway was obtained.Emissions reduction of freight pollutants.This article combines the freight volume of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei publictransit railway and the amount of pollutant emission reductions to estimate the economic and social green benefits of the freight-reduction reduction of the public-transit railway transit.Invest in facilities to promote multimodal transportation;speed up the training of railway talents;moderately subsidize the transportation costs of enterprises and reduce rail transportation-related costs;accelerate the development of relevant information sharing platforms and other suggestions. |
