Green manufacturing engineering is one of the five engineering proposed by “made in China 2025”,Green manufacturing is also the trend of the development of manufacturing industry in the world.It is of great significance that carrying out green manufacturing engineering in ships and their supporting industries.Green database can effectively manages the data needed in the process of green design and manufacturing,it is convenient for other systems make calls to data.For the compressor impeller,it is of great significance for the application and promotion of green database and green manufacturing to set up the milling process database of compressor impeller.Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of works.in the research and application of green database.Although the green database abroad is ahead of the domestic market presently,but it is expensive and doesn't adapt to the current situation of China's manufacturing industry.Meanwhile,China is facing the foreign technology embargo.In this case,it is of great significance to develop a green database for ships and their supporting industries.A green process database framework for diesel key components is presented in this paper.Taking the milling process of the impeller as an example,the data support needed in the process of pressure impeller milling is studied deeply in order to achieve the goal of green evaluation and optimization.Firstly,the general framework of the green evaluation and optimization for the diesel key components is set up,and the role of the green database system in the green evaluation and optimization of the diesel key components is clarified.The data and acquisition methods needed in the process of the compressor impeller's milling are analyzed,and the application of green database in the diesel key components is demonstrated.Secondly,the paper combines the whole milling process with the target system of green process evaluation in the paper,the paper analyzes the data needed for the process database of compressed impeller and divides the data into basic data,index data and prediction data.The composition of basic data,the composition of index data and the method of collection are analyzed.Thirdly,the paper studies the composition and model of prediction data,and establishes the basic model of data prediction by analyzing the relationship between NC code and prediction data,and proposes the time-axis prediction model based on NC code.According to the characteristics of the need for five-axis numerical control machine to machining impeller,and combining with the structure of five-axis numerical control milling machine which the rotation axis are orthogonal.The formula of transforming cutter coordinate system into workpiece coordinate system is deduced,and then the feed speed of each feed axis in the three NC codes is derived.Based on the energy distribution of the five-axis NC machine,the energy consumption power prediction model for the five-axis NC machine is presented.Finally,the database management system of the compressed air impeller milling process is designed and developed in the paper,realized the management of the basic data,the management of index data and the management of prediction data,and it has achieved good results in the enterprise pilot operation.
