| The construction of circulation water channel is such a huge and complex project.Due to the various types of welds and bevels,with different welding base metals,welding technologies,welding materials,welding equipment and complex welding process,therefore the rational selection and efficient utilization of welding technology will directly affect the production efficiency of the water channel.In order to improve the management level of production information digitalization and the efficiency of welding process design,cut down the manufacturing cycle of circulation water channel,the research and development of welding CAPP(Computer Aided Process Planning)system in circulation water channel has greater theoretical and practical significance.The actual demand of the circulating water channel manufacturing enterprises was analyzed,and the basic functional requirements of the system was defined too,also with the actual needs of welding technologies combined,the grid mood of the system was made sure.The system structure mainly included welding process module,circulation water channel segmentation module,welding knowledge module and system maintenance module.The welding CAPP system of circulation water channel adopted SQL Server 2005 as the background database development tool,and completed the basic design of the database concept,logical structure and the main data sheet.At the same time,the welding production information of circulating water channel was sorted and classified.What’s more a database system which was based on user information,welding process information,welding material information,welding basic knowledge,water channel section information,log information,and welding process file information was established too.A circulation water channel welding CAPP system based on SQL Server database and C/S structure model was designed by using the Delphi language as a front desk development tool.Also with the object-oriented technology,Delphi connecting with SQL database technology,Delphi calling AutoCAD platform technology and the idea of three-dimensional welding process planning were applied.Used the welding process module in the system,and finished preliminary design of the welding process for the typical welded joint in test section of the water channel.Then used the KRII500 welder to perform the butt joint test of stainless steel,and did the analysis of the design and test results of the welding test.Through welding inspection,the welding process met the actual production quality requirements.In the last,the mature welding process was imported into the circulating sink welding database system to get the relevant WPS.Based on the idea of welding deformation control,ANSYS software was used to optimize the welding process design of the typical flat butt joints in the test section of the circulating water channel.The simulation results showed that the symmetric welding effect is better than the sequential welding and could produce smaller welding deformation;On the premise of ensuring the welding quality,the smaller welding process parameters were preferred in the welding process. |
