Research On Teaching Material Of CNC Machine Tool Fault Diagnosis And Maintenance In Vocational Schools

At present,vocational education is an important way and mode to train talented people in China as a big manufacturing country.In order to speed up the process of new industrialization in our country,especially in view of the characteristics of the manufacturing industry at the present stage of our country,the state and the Ministry of education have put the relevant construction of Vocational Education in an important position.Through the investigation of secondary vocational colleges,it is found that the teaching materials of the secondary vocational colleges are insufficient,the contents are old and lack of creativity.They can not effectively arouse the students’ interest in learning,and can not meet the needs of the students at the present stage,and develop a new set of teaching materials related to CNC machine tools to meet the teachers of secondary vocational colleges.With students,according to the needs of secondary vocational schools,it is urgent to develop teaching materials that match the equipment used in secondary vocational schools for their needs.This paper mainly introduces the research status,purpose and significance of the development of the secondary vocational school materials at home and abroad,and the research methods.Through the investigation and analysis of the domestic secondary vocational schools and famous enterprises,and the analysis of relevant data,this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the development of the teaching materials for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of CNC machine tools in secondary vocational schools.The objectives and methods of teaching material development and the process of teaching material development are explained in detail.The selection and design of the contents of the teaching materials introduce the system structure of the teaching materials,the forms of the teaching materials,the selection of the contents of the textbooks,the teaching objectives to be achieved in the chapters of the teaching materials,and the key steps of the teaching material development process.Finally,we summarize and reflect on the development of teaching materials.Through the research on the development of the textbook for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of CNC machine tools,the innovation of the contents of the traditional textbooks,the rearrangement of the knowledge framework,the organic combination of the theoretical knowledge and the practical knowledge,meet the needs of the enterprises and secondary vocational schools,and the practical problems have been solved for the secondary vocational schools.
