As one of the core equipment in manufacturing industry,CNC machine tool plays an important role in the manufacturing industry.The Made in China 2025 has listed CNC machine tool as "the strategic area to speed up the breakthrough".The modernization level and scale of machine tool industry has become one of the important signs of a country’s industrial development.There are many kinds of numerical control machine tools,and their structure and principle are complex.In the process of fault diagnosis of machine tools,there are long-term problems such as difficulty in fault recognition and low diagnosis efficiency,while in the process of maintenance,there are problems such as difficulty in structure recognition,missing operation and Misoperation,therefore,we need a system that can help technicians to diagnose and maintain the faults of CNC machine tools more efficiently.Aiming at these problems,this thesis puts forward the method of fault diagnosis and maintenance of NC machine tool based on AR technology,and develops the fault diagnosis and Auxiliary Maintenance System of NC machine tool,aiming at visualizing the fault diagnosis and maintenance process,to provide fault diagnosis and maintenance guidance for technical personnel,so that technical personnel do not rely on technical manuals,improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and maintenance.This system takes the fault diagnosis and maintenance of NC machine tool as the object,applies the augmented reality technology to develop the system,and runs it on the ANDROID system terminal device to display and operate the real machine tool.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)the background and significance of the topic are introduced,the research status of AR technology in the field of fault diagnosis and maintenance is analyzed,and the basic idea and framework of the topic are established,introduced the system correlation theory knowledge.(2)analyze the requirement of the system,determine the development plan and select the appropriate development plan;introduce the development process of the system in detail,make the model and animation of the Numerical Control Lathe,develop the system server and My SQL database,the fault tree diagnosis model and case base of cyk360n1000 Numerical Control Lathe spindle governor failure are established,the fault tree is qualitative and Quantitative analysis,and the client is developed and published by using Unity3 D + Vuforia.(3)the important development links of system plane identification,interaction design,shader visualization and thermal update development are described,and the key technologies applied in the development process are introduced and studied.(4)finally,the system is debugged on the equipment and its compatibility is tested.After running and testing,the system can play an active role in fault diagnosis and auxiliary maintenance of CNC machine tools using mobile equipment,the user is instructed and trained in the form of 3D,and the efficiency of maintenance is improved.
