| Since the 20 th century,when human beings discovered and recognized HIV and HBV-borne blood or fluid-borne viruses,the risk of medical personnel being infected during the course of treating patients has received more and more attention.People have also awared that their protection work was seriously inadequate,countries have begun to focus on the development of medical disposable protective clothing,making the protective clothing industry has been booming,and medical disposable protective clothing plays an increasingly important role in the protection of the medical rescue process.At present,the protective clothing market in developed countries occupies a large share of the global market,and the protective clothing system service is relatively complete.Different evaluation standards have been established for different types of medical protective clothing.The evaluation system for medical one-time protective clothing in China is still not perfect.The types of protective clothing used in the medical and health industry are complex,the system classification is not detailed enough,and evaluation items do not involve high-end,resulting in uneven quality of protective clothing circulating on the market,high-end medical protective clothing still relies on imports.In order to provide an in-depth understanding of China’s medical protective clothing market and evaluation methods,and provide advice on the development of disposable medical protective clothing industry,this article has carried out research on medical disposable protective clothing evaluation standards and test methods.First of all,it compares and analyzes the evaluation standards for medical protective clothing of the United States,the European Union,Japan,the International Organization for Standardization and China.From the three aspects of strength,comfort and liquid protection,compare the similarities and differences between test methods in various countries,analyze the focus of the standard,and master the differences between the standards of our country and those of developed countries.Secondly,field visiting and questionnaire surveying were conducted on medical institutions in order to understand the use of medical one-time protective clothing by Chinese clinical personnel,subjective evaluation and existing problems,to find out whether the disposable protective clothing standard in China meets the needs of medical personnel,and to judge the importance of scoring the lack of protective clothing standards.Finally,collect representative protective clothing products on the market for routine testing to understand the market quality of medical protective clothing in China from an objective perspective.Tests are conducted on strength indicators that are not included in China’s protective clothing standards,domestic and foreign methods are used to test the same test items,and the differences between domestic and foreign test methods are discussed in terms of raw materials,processing methods and test parameters,with a view to protecting our country.The strength test of the service provides theoretical guidance.Research shows that China’s medical disposable protective clothing has great drawbacks in terms of standards and clinical aspects.After investigation,it shown that our protective clothing products cannot meet the requirements of the demand side,and the standard as a link between the protective clothing products and the needs of medical personnel,there is a disconnect in terms of comfort,physical and mechanical strength,and anti-microbial penetration,there are many areas to be improved.China’s medical institutions rely on "three certificates" to purchase protective clothing and cannot guarantee the quality of protective clothing.Most of the protective clothing circulated on the market has been tested for the existence of unqualified items.It is recommended that relevant departments can increase market supervision.The tear strength,seam strength,burst strength,and puncture strength of medical one-time protective clothing are very important for protective clothing.Changes in different materials and experimental parameters have a direct bearing on the results of protective clothing strength testing.The selection of experimental methods and parameters can reflect the true quality of disposable protective clothing.The final experimental conclusion hopes to provide suggestions for theoretical guidance for the healthy development and standard improvement of the protective clothing market in the future. |
