| COVID-19 is characterized by rapid spread,wide spread,and long duration,the novel corona-virus has lasted for more than two years until October 2022,and the virus mutation has led to the rebound of the epidemic in many places.China has adhered to the general policy of "dynamic elimination" of the epidemic,which has a guiding significance for the prevention and control of the epidemic.But at the same time,the increasing use of disposable medical protective clothing has led to a surge in medical waste.In response,the National Health Commission issued a document encouraging the development of reusable medical consumables to reduce the production of medical waste.Based on the market demand survey,this paper systematically researched and developed the durable medical protective clothing fabric and the design of protective clothing by using ergonomics theory.First of all,through searching and combing related literature,the use status of disposable medical protective clothing and research progress of reusable medical protective clothing at home and abroad were systematically analyzed,and the necessity of designing durable medical protective clothing was demonstrated.Secondly,the existing fabrics and structures of medical protective clothing are investigated,and it is found that the existing fabrics can hardly meet the requirements of the protection,comfort and durability of the durable medical protective clothing.Meanwhile,the ergonomic theory used in the design of the durable medical protective clothing is studied to provide ideas for the design of the durable medical protective clothing.Thirdly,through field observation,user interview,questionnaire and other methods,a relatively systematic survey and analysis of medical personnel and medical institutions were conducted.The survey results show that medical personnel pay more attention to the comfort and convenience of durable medical protective clothing,while medical institutions pay more attention to the durability and cost.Fourthly,integrate existing technologies to develop durable medical protective fabric.Based on existing composite technology and equipment,through process optimization,the waterproof and moisture-permeable TPU film is effectively combined with polyester fabric and polyester/cotton blended fabric,and a durable medical protective clothing fabric with excellent performance is developed.It lays a solid foundation for the development and design of durable medical protective clothing.Finally,combined with the market demand and self-developed composite fabrics,the durable medical protective clothing was innovatively designed,including double flap design,double cuffs and double foot design,waist elastic lacing design,pocket design,etc.on this basis,the sample clothing was prepared and the design evaluation was carried out.Finally,the technical indexes of the appearance,physical and chemical properties,transportation and storage of the durable medical protective clothing are standardized. |
