| Baoding Tobacco Company earnestly implemented the spirit of the national tobacco work conference in 2015 and related deployment requirements of the provincial bureau(company),attached great importance to,studied conscientiously,and arranged meticulously,closely focused on the theme of “division of lean management” to implement,The strong foundation is the main line of work and the lean management promotion work has been carried out in a solid and orderly manner.Baoding Tobacco Company integrates lean thinking,lean methods,lean organization,lean processes,lean goals,and other lean management into all aspects of Baoding Tobacco Company’s enterprise management,in an attempt to achieve "effective reduction of resources,gradual reduction of waste,and continuous improvement of efficiency."
