Study On The Road Construction With Green Low-Carbon In Hunan

Since the application of the "13th five-year” plan,according to the technological needs of the green traffic system construction,a lot of work on the transportation industry have been done in China,such as how to build ecological highway,how to promote the highway environmental protection,how to implement resource conservation in the process of highway construction,as well as the issue of low carbon emission,etc.In the aspect of highway ecological recovery,energy conservation and emissions reduction,material recycling technology,remarkable results have gotten.To protect the environment and construct road of green environmental protection is not only the need to form the concept of environmental protection in China,also the need of promoting environmental protection technology of China's highway industry.This study explores the current existing problems in China's road construction environment,thinks that cological balance shouled be maintained under the highly developed transportation conditions.and effectively protecting the natural ecological environment,building a green low carbon road are the inevitable trend of the current road construction in China.Taking the Yueyang section of Hong Kong and Macao high-speed road as a case study,this paper explores the specific tasks in different stage of green low carbon road construction.This section's green low carbon road construction is essentially based on original path of green low carbon mass transformation,whose problems in the construction tends to be more specific,such as the original green low carbon road construction standards has not been achieved,the level of slope greening is low,middle median green landscape effect and carbon reduction effect are bad,according to the practical problems which are exsiting in the process of green low carbon road consturction and operation management,this study constructed a set of effective construction index system.Taking the Yueyang section of the Hong Kong and Macao high-speed road's green low carbon construction as a practical case study,comprehensively elaborated the green low-carbon highway construction implementation plan.At the same time,this paper studies the before and after surounding atmosphere quality in the process of the green low carbon road construction of the Hong Kong and Macao high-speed's Yueyang section,thus to assess the changing effect on the surrounding environment under different degree of pollution.Through the systematical research,the study found the green low-carbon highway construction should follow the steps and phases and with emphasis on each stage of the specific work,especially the construction of green low carbon concept penetration and the concept of green low carbon propaganda should be emphasized,enhance the whole nation's green,carbon reduction,safety,environmental protection consciousness,and thus the impact of the green,low carbon road on atmospheric environmental can be changed by comparison with field monitoring.
