| Ecological civilization construction is very important in the overall development of a country.Whether or not the ecological civilization can be built is directly related to the living conditions of the broad masses of the people,the level of civilization of the society,and the future of national development.It is a major proposition for the development of human society and a long-term plan for the development of human society.In dealing with people and nature,we must respect nature and protect nature,and we must not violate the laws of nature.The construction of ecological civilization requires the protection of the rule of law.Therefore,this article introduces the basic theory of ecological civilization as the entrance.Through the theoretical explanation,the focus is on the importance of ecological civilization to the ecological environment protection in China at the moment,and then explain why ecological civilization is built.What is the relationship between the legal system of ecological environment protection? Regarding the above issues,domestic scholars wrote books and said that there are many opinions,and most of them have formed consensus.A sound legal system is the guarantee for supporting the construction of ecological civilization,and it is also the key to the success of ecological civilization construction.However,we seriously examined China’s existing environmental legal systems and studied the legal system of ecological civilization based on these systems.We found that there are many problems that need to be resolved.These problems are roughly: Environmental legal system forms the structure.There are great shortcomings.It is obvious that ideas and principles have not been extracted.From the perspective of the entire legislation,the system is imperfect and lacks a basic legal system.The law enforcement system has many problems and many flaws;The reform of the judicial system still remains in place.To sort out the problems,we must pay attention to the problems and solve the problems.For this reason,the author considers from the original intention of solving the problem and conducts a comparative study on the construction of the legal system outside the territory.The focus is on examining the experiences and basic models of typical Western countries in order to find lessons that can be used for reference or can give us inspiration.The last part of the article should be the focus of this article.The author put forward some opinions and ideas on how to perfect the environmental legal system in the construction of ecological civilization in China.The improvement of the environmental legal system in the construction of ecological civilization in China requires the improvement of the four major systems: the legislative system must be improved.In addition to the legal systems that have already entered into force,we must formulate corresponding laws to respond to environmental issues and promote ecological civilization.The legalization of concepts;strengthening the construction of an ecological civilization law enforcement system,the legal system in the law enforcement process must be timely reform and abolition;constantly reform and improve the ecological civilization of the judicial system,the focus is to improve the legal system of ecological civilization. |
