| At present,climate change has been widely concerned by the international community,with the deepening of global environmental change research,carbon emission reduction research has become a hot spot.Chinese government attaches great importance to climate change,and actively carries out energy-saving emission reduction,promotes industrial restructuring,control of non-energy activities,greenhouse gas emissions,increasing carbon sinks.In Inner Mongolia,the area of grassland is huge with natural carbon sink.However,the cooperation of carbon sinks in Inner Mongolia is serious,and the cooperation among cooperators is less,and the effect of single synergy on grassland carbon sink is not strong.This can not really play the actual performance of grassland carbon sinks.Therefore,the study of collaborative management has become an important means to promote Inner Mongolia grassland carbon sink and deal with climate change and environmental pollution.In this paper,the relevant literatures of forestry carbon sequestration management are compiled and used in the construction of grassland carbon sink co-management,and the research purpose,significance,research content,technical route,feasibility,innovation and so on of grassland carbon sink co-management.The contents of the analysis were carried out.This paper takes the cooperative management theory,the theory of coordinated development of ecological economy and the theory of Social Network Analysis.The paper uses the method of literature induction,social investigation,Social Network Analysis methods and other research methods,the current cooperative relationship between the partners to quantify the analysis;to subordinate network research and social network research combined research methods to find the Inner Mongolia grassland carbon sink collaborative management network problems;from the perspective of improving the collaborative management of the network structure,for all grassland carbon sinks related stakeholders: Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry,ecological enterprises,polluting enterprises,non-profit organizations,research institutions,universities and herders,on the basis of management experience in forestry-based carbon sinks draw on the establishment of a flexible,high intelligence,open grassland suitable for carbon sequestration collaborative management of our region,and put forward the corresponding supporting measures which are beneficial to its collaborative management.Through the establishment of the subordinate network model and the social networkmodel,this paper finds out four problems of the synergistic management of grassland carbon monoxide in Inner Mongolia,including the participation degree of cooperatives.The distribution of rights and responsibilities between the partners,the connectivity of network,the cohesion of network,and then based on the improvement of the problem put forward the development of Inner Mongolia grassland carbon sink collaborative management recommendations.Established an integrated management model for grassland carbon sink in Inner Mongolia. |
