As the main part of country raw-soil building,the adobe masonry building has a lot of problems.For example,it's seismic performance is low,the bonding material is not environmental,the application of new technology is lagging behind,industrialization,assembly and standardization are very low,and the quality of building is uneven.In this paper,in view of foreign advanced experience,we designed a new type of raw-soil interlocking hollow brick.There are unique circular protrusions on the upper surface of the block,and it's bottom has a concave cavity that matches the upper protruding size.The vertical geometric interlocking mechanism exists between the block and the block,and the interaction between the masonry and the masonry can be connected by mechanical occlusion,which can eliminate the dependence on the bonded mortar,make the soil building completely green,reduce the requirements for the technical level of the masonry personnel and speed up the construction of adobe masonry,which can significantly accelerate the industrialization development of rural buildings.According to the characteristics and construction habits of the village and town building in our country,the block size is selected reasonably,the design scheme and making method of raw-soil interlocking hollow brick are given,the single brick compressive strength of raw-soil interlocking hollow brick is obtained.The research shows that the compressive strength of the raw-soil interlocking hollow brick is not less than the traditional adobe,and it is feasible to popularize and apply a large scale in the construction of village and town.The effect of cement mixture,wheat straw admixture and different mixture ratio on the compressive and flexural properties of block was investigated.The compressive and flexural properties of block were studied.The compression and fracture failure process of the block was observed.The test phenomenon,load displacement curve and the failure mechanism of the test block were analyzed,and the compressive and flexural strength of the cement and wheat straw were obtained.By analyzing the effect of wheat straw on the mechanical properties of cement soil test block and introducing the concept of strength increase coefficient,the effect of cement admixture on the strength of self embedded soil brick was quantified.On this basis,the relationship between the content of wheat straw and the increase coefficient of cementstrength was further established.At the end,the composite influence rules of two kinds of cement and wheat straw on the mechanical properties of self embedded hollow brick were obtained.The applicability of the constitutive equation in the early stage of the research group is verified,which provides experimental evidence and theoretical support for further research on the self embedding structure of the soil.
