At present,waste disposal methods in China mainly include landfill,reclamation and dumping,which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the ecological environment.We used wastes?waste porcelain,dredged mud,waste glass powder?as raw materials to prepare ecological garden environmental protection bricks,provides a new way to improve the utilization of waste resources,promote the construction of ecological civilization and sustainable economic development.Through the physical and chemical analysis of the raw materials to know,the chemical composition of the dredged mud is similar to that of clay,and the dredged mud with a certain degree of plasticity will facilitate the better formation of the sample.The discarded porcelain particles are used as aggregates,it will increase the water permeability of the environmental protection bricks.During the sintering process,waste glass powder forms a high-temperature solvent,which makes the sample denser and increases the compressive strength of the eco-friendly brick.In this experiment,dredged mud,glass powder,and discarded porcelain were used as raw materials to prepare environmental protection bricks by crushing,sieving,stirring,mixing,molding,drying and firing.By controlling the aggregate size,molding pressure,sintering temperature,holding time,the ratio of raw material and the content of CaCO3,the optimal performance of dredged clay environmental protection bricks were studied.In this paper,the single-factor experiments of the preparation process were used to study the performance of the permeable bricks.The effects of aggregate size,raw material content,sintering schedule,and molding pressure on the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of the ecological permeable bricks were investigated.The orthogonal experimental method was used to analyze the factors of the experiment,and the best basic formulas for the environmental protection bricks were as follows:aggregate size 2.363.35 mm,aggregate content 80 wt%,MG ratio 3:1?where:dredged mud 15 wt%,waste glass powder 5 wt%?.The optimized preparation process parameters were:sintering temperature 1140°C,holding time 30min,molding pressure 15 MPa.The best green permeable brick sample has a compressive strength of 33.26 MPa and a water permeability coefficient of 0.121 cm/s.In the determination of the optimal ratio of the experiment and the preparation process,the effect of calcium carbonate and talc powder on the performance of the sample was studied.Because the CaCO3 decomposed CaO energy reacts with kaolin minerals and the like,an anorthite-based crystal phase is formed,so that the solid-phase reaction can be performed at a relatively low temperature to achieve diffusion and migration between substances.The effect of calcium carbonate on fluxing was better.When the addition amount of calcium carbonate is4 wt%,the sintering temperature is 1110°C,the liquid phase formed on the surface of the sample will make the void path formed between the aggregate and the aggregate smoother,makes environmental bricks have better water permeability.At this time,the best water-permeable and environmental protection brick formulas are:aggregate size 2.363.35 mm,aggregate volume 80 wt%,MG ratio 3:1?where:dredged clay volume 12 wt%,waste glass powder 4 wt%?,CaCO3 content 4 wt%.The optimal preparation process parameters were:sintering temperature 1110°C,holding time 30 min,molding pressure 15 MPa.The compressive strength of the prepared water-permeable environmental brick is 44.23 MPa,and the water permeability coefficient is 0.096 cm/s.At the same time,the samples were tested for wear resistance and antifreeze performance,permeable material grinding pit length?35 mm,Single mass loss rate should be?5%,and they all met the national standards.The amount of wastes?waste porcelain,dredged mud,and waste glass powder?used in this article is more than 90 wt%of the total amount of water-permeable bricks,of which 80 wt%of waste ceramics,12 wt%of dredged mud,and waste glass are used.Powder is 4 wt%.At the firing temperature of 1110°C,an ecologically permeable green brick was prepared.We found a way to economically viable resource for these wastes,followed the concept of recycling,reducing the use of natural resources,avoiding waste secondary pollution.
