China’s reform and opening-up has entered a new journey.the economic competition in various countries in the world is becoming more and more fierce,and the competition among various enterprises is also becoming more and more serious.If an enterprise wants to pursue long-term perseverance development,the construction of enterprise system culture as part of enterprise culture is an aspect that an enterprise must think about.Because the competition of enterprises in today’s era is,to a large extent,the competition of enterprise culture.whether an enterprise’s culture is accurate and effective is directly related to the rise and fall of enterprises.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th national congress of the party that enterprises are the cells of society and excellent corporate culture is a very important part of the construction of a strong and characteristic country in China as a whole.Outstanding corporate culture construction is also crucial to the development of the enterprise,because the optimization of corporate culture has many important guiding functions for the enterprise,such as bringing spiritual motivation to the employees,encouraging functions,regulating the words and deeds of the employees,and so on.As a result,our country’s enterprises pay more and more attention to the construction of enterprise system culture,and gradually study and shape the enterprise system culture with its own characteristics.The object of this thesis is to study the construction of enterprise system culture by ls tobacco company.Through questionnaire survey,after analysis based on specific statistical data.This paper summarizes a set of adjustment strategies for the company’s more targeted corporate system and culture construction.This article begins with an explanation of the basic theories of enterprise system culture construction.The first section is the definition of important concepts,including the connotation of enterprise culture and institutional culture.The second section is an important theory.The first theory is the theory of enterprise culture.The second theory is the relationship between institutional culture and corporate culture.The third theory is the function of system culture in enterprise culture.The fourth theory is the theory of enterprise systemculture.The fifth theory is the theory of enterprise leadership system(paternalistic leadership system,manager leadership system,professional " soft expert" leadership system);The sixth is the theory of enterprise organization structure.The last is the theory of enterprise management system.Then,the paper expounds the current situation of the system culture construction of ls tobacco company.Including the general situation of ls tobacco company,as well as introducing the current situation of ls tobacco company’s corporate system and culture construction from many aspects.From the evaluation of ls tobacco company’s enterprise system culture construction,the questionnaire survey statistics and the problems found are summarized.Including:statistics on the level of corporate culture cognition and existing problems;Statistics and existing problems in the survey of enterprise leadership system;Investigation and statistics of enterprise work system and existing problems;Statistics and existing problems of corporate responsibility system investigation;Statistics and existing problems of enterprise employees’ behavior standard system investigation;Statistics of enterprise quality supervision system survey and existing problems.As well as the reasons for the problems found in the questionnaire survey and statistics.Including the causes of problems in the enterprise leadership system;Reasons for problems in enterprise work system;Reasons for the problems in the corporate responsibility system;Reasons for problems in enterprise employees’ behavior standard system;Reasons for problems in enterprise quality supervision system.In the last part of this article,through the analysis,the specific implementation strategy of ls tobacco company in enterprise culture system construction is also obtained.Mainly including leadership system construction,work system construction,responsibility system construction,employee behavior standard system construction and quality supervision system construction.These specific solutions undoubtedly provide a feasible way for the sustainable development of ls tobacco companies,and at the same time provide useful reference schemes for some local tobacco companies to discuss and study the construction of enterprise culture.
