| Oil drilling engineering is an important part of oil exploration and development,but also a strong underground engineering,the mining process characteristics of the oil and gas drilling operations in the process of hiding a variety of insecurity.Drilling wells are a multi-type,multi-process,multi-faceted continuous operation of the place,will inevitably appear different degrees of risk.Therefore,it is necessary to use the scientific principle and engineering method to identify the various risks existing in the drilling well and analyze the possible harm caused by the risk inducement.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of six commonly used safety assessment methods,such as safety checklist method,fault tree analysis method and analytic hierarchy process,are optimized and optimized,and the optimization method of drilling comprehensive risk assessment is selected and improved.An improved extension comprehensive evaluation model based on data optimization analysis and single and two-factor sensitivity analysis is established.Taking the data collected at the site of Nanchong 3 well in Chuanqing as an example,the risk level of the risk index was determined by using the model,the correlation degree between the risk status of Nanchong 3 well and the risk level was determined,and the risk degree of Nanchong 3well was determined.The single factor and the two factors sensitivity of drilling well site risk incentive were studied in Nanchong 3 well,and the sensitivity degree of risk level to risk incentive was obtained,and the sensitivity and sensitive interval of drilling well field risk were determined.It is concluded that the double incentive control can reduce the risk level more effectively than the single incentive control,and then it can be inferred that the risk level can be effectively reduced for the simultaneous control of multiple incentives.Finally,combining the risk inducement coefficient and sensitivity analysis,the inducement is divided into four types,and the corresponding control measures are put forward for each of the four types.In this paper,the improved risk assessment method of drilling well field is established by using the method of improved extension comprehensive evaluation method,and the specific risk prevention and control measures are put forward.So as to provide the basis for improving the risk control ability and risk management level of drilling operation,which is of great significance to effectively reduce the safety ofdrilling production. |
