Gasoline and diesel vehicles are currently the main means of transportation for the society.It facilitates people's lives,and it also brings about pollution problems.The pollution caused by automobile exhaust emissions has become one of the major ways of environmental pollution.Hydrofining of oil products,deep desulfurization and denitrification are effective ways to solve automobile pollution.This article begins with the industrialization of the catalyst RS-100 and studies the process conditions that affect the preparation process of the domestic hydrogen refining catalyst.This thesis adjusts the process parameters such as water-powder ratio,acid-to-powder ratio,additive dosage and rolling time in the extrusion process.Their influence on the radial strength,specific surface and pore structure of the support was studied.By studying the effect of calcination temperature,constant temperature time and gas-to-agent ratio on the calcination process of the ?-Al2O3 support,it was found that the decrease of the specific agent ratio resulted in a decrease in the specific surface area of the support;This conclusion optimizes the structure of the support roaster F1505,increases the fresh air volume in the heating stage,the hot air in the constant temperature section to the warming stage,and improves the gas-to-agent ratio,thus solving the problems in the roasting of the catalyst RS-1000 carrier.At the same time,it reduces energy consumption.Breakthrough of new impregnating equipment-"V" row drum impregnation application,and optimize and improve its metal solution spray pipe,increase oblique nozzle,reduce nozzle hole diameter,adjust spray angle,carrier impregnation evenly,solve impregnation Wet strips do not stick to the problem of low temperature drying.By convection heat transfer,the introduction of fresh air and change the resistance wire.Optimization of the platinum resistance layout and other means to carry out the finished product activation furnace,the temperature control capability is improved,the difference between the measured temperature in the furnace and the operating room display temperature is within 10?,and each physical and chemical data of the finished product meets the requirements of the index.
