With the rapid development of plastics industry, plastic products are widely used in theproduction and life. As a main production equipment of plastic products, people’s attention forhollow blow molding equipment is increasing significantly. In this paper, the core parts oflarge hollow blow molding equipment-extrusion system are designed, and the keytechnologies in the process of extrusion are researched.In view of the large hollow blow molding equipment out of poor quality and lowefficiency of extrusion, this paper puts forward two kinds of high-efficiency design scheme.By comparing the two design scheme, it determines the best one; In the help ofcomputer-aided design software to complete the design of important parts of extrusion systemand complete the assembly and simulation of the overall system; Aiming at the high energyconsumption problem in the heating parts of extrusion system, this paper selects the heatingmode and mainly introduces the electromagnetic heating technology apply on it; By choosinga dc motor to drive of extrusion system, it solves the high starting torque problem ofscrew.The new type of extrusion system exists serious wear problem. This paper analyzes themechanism of wear problems and proposes various solutions for different wear mechanism.This paper also use CAE technology and large-scale finite element analysis softwareANSYS to study the temperature distribution of material melting process in the extrusionSystem of large hollow blow molding equipment, and research molten material in the processof conveying velocity distribution and pressure distribution. The results of the analysis withintuitive graphical representation, and the simulation results are analyzed and discussed.In this paper, design and research work of extrusion system using the modern designmethods and analysis techniques, and solving the key technologies in the design, calculationand analysis. Through the use of modern design methods and concepts, the application ofadvanced analysis techniques embodied in contemporary mechanical product design moreadvanced concepts. Product design scheme and design concept with a highly versatile, for alarge hollow blow molding provides guidance to the research and development of extrusionsystem.
