With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,China's tobacco industry is also faced with more complex realities,difficulties and greater pressure.Therefore,it is urgent to take active measures and apply advanced science and technology and management experience to improve the quality of tobacco products and meet the consumption demand of consumers,so as to achieve sustainable development of China's tobacco industry.This paper is based on Six Sigma management,starting from the strategy of enterprises,focusing on the process,and continuously reducing the losses caused by the process,so as to improve the company's product quality,reduce costs and increase market share.HXD(High Expansion Dryer)is a new type of air drying machine,the stability of its export water directly affects the sensory quality of cigarette products,HXD outlet water SD our company S grade cigarette products always exist(standard deviation)is a big problem,the problem directly affects the stability of product quality.It is the use of Six Sigma DMAIC(Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control)method,setting improvement goals,measurement and analysis of equipment operating system,using CE(Cause&Effect)and FMEA(Failure Mode and matrix Effect Analysis)to find out the influence of various reasons HXD export water SD value,evaluation and analysis of all the influencing factors,so as to find all kinds of improvement the key factor of using advanced tools of six sigma.The control chart is used to control the Y and key factor X to ensure the stability of the equipment process capability.In this paper,six sigma management statistics technology is widely applied,and the Six Sigma management method is combined with the specific production practice to achieve the desired goal.It also provides a effective way to improve the water stability of HXD export enterprises.
