Performance Evaluation Analysis Based On Balanced Scorecard

In the Internet age performance evaluation is very important,balanced scorecard is adapted to modern business management model.As a new performance measurement tool,it is in the height of strategic development,the strategic goals of the organization and the process of achievement are closely integrated,the current performance and future profitability of the enterprise is fully considered,through the evaluation system to keep the strategic objectives of the enterprise and the enterprise’s organizational conduct.This paper presents a more scientific and rational analysis of the performance and performance of the X-cement production enterprises,using a series of indicators from four perspectives: financial,customer,internal business process,learning and growth.Composes a scientific complete evaluation and appraisal system.Through looking up the development trend and demand of building materials industry in recent years,combining the planning prospect of the enterprise,judging the feasibility of its company strategy setting.Then based on this,as a basis for the establishment of the balanced scorecard,and through a series of evaluation indicators to rationally evaluate the business situation and management model of enterprises,find out the defects in production and management,timely grasp the correct business direction,better and faster realization of the company vision.In the process of setting up the balanced scorecard,we should integrate deeply into all aspects of the production and management of enterprises,analyze the aspects that enterprises need to improve in the process of improving their competitiveness in view of the new development of the building materials industry,and select the key indicators with strong representativeness and high accessibility when setting up the balanced scorecard.In the process of using balanced scorecard,the import process is optimized,and the index setting standard of balanced scorecard is constantly adjusted.Therefore,it is better to provide accurate and reasonable advice and basis for the managers of enterprises.
