Study On Tea Scientist Chen Chuan

As one of the famous Chinese tea scientist in the twentieth Century,Chen Chuan's tea thought occupies an important position in the tea science system of our country.Chen Chuan's research,can reflect the history of tea science in modern China,and also preliminarily demonstrate the international influence of tea science in China.This paper is divided into five parts,mainly focusing on the development process of the Chen's thought,the main achievements,the tea spirit and the influence.The special research on Chen Chuan has been specially added to explain the point of view and explain the problems in a more depth.The first part is the development process of Chen Chuan's thought.This chapter divides Chen's research into two stages: initial stage and development stage.From the aspects of the impact of important events in each stage on Chen Chuan,they pointed out the main deeds of Chen Chuan in various periods.The second part,the main achievements of Chen Chuan.This chapter discusses the establishment of the entire tea science subject system covering the whole industry chain from tea planting,tea processing,tea chemistry,tea trade,tea culture,etc.The three outstanding academic achievements of Chen were summarized: changing the tea “leaf” as the “industry” of tea,the classification principle of the six major tea categories,and presenting the perspective of education and research in the entire industry chain of tea science.Among them,the classification of tea is universally recognized and widely used.The third part is tea thought and tea spirit of Chen.It mainly points out three aspects of Chen's tea spirit: from practice to theory,then from the theory to guide the spirit of practice,to the pioneering tea thought and to the persistent criticism of the tea spirit.The fourth part,the influence of Chen's thought.Chen Chuan,a tea scientist,can promote the development of tea science,enrich the thinking and methods of tea research,inspire and inspire later studies.The fifth part summarizes the contents of the full text and points out the shortcomings of this thesis.
