On the basis of sustainable development theory and ecological economics theory,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of land benefit utilization and eco-environment coupling coordination,the entropy value method,the comprehensive weighted summation model and the utilization of ArcGis based on the sustainable development theory and the ecological economics theory.he spatial and temporal changes of land use level and ecological environment level are analyzed and evaluated,and the coupling degree model and coordination degree model are used to analyze the coupling and coordination status of the two systems.Finally,BP neural network model is applied to predict and early warning the coupling coordination of land use and ecological environment in the future in the study area,and the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The spatial and temporal patterns of land use level in the restricted ecological area of Ningxia from 2000 to 2015 were discussed,and the three dimensions of land use subsystem,namely,the land use structure,the land use degree and the land use benefit,were refined.The results show that the level of land use structure in the counties and districts of 1:1 is rising continuously,showing a trend of upward,downward and steady development.After 2005,the overall level of land use structure is declining,and in 2006,the level of land use structure tends to be stable gradually,and the overall change degree is not large.The degree of land use is on the rise in all counties and districts,and the land use degree is the best in Longde County.The overall benefit of land use is in waves For the overall level of land use,Hongsibao District and Londe County are on an upward trend,but the curve is flat,Yanchi County is growing rapidly,and Tongxin County is growing rapidly.Haiyuan County in the research period is in a downward trend,spatial in the four selected periods of the overall "north and south high,middle low" distribution characteristics.(2)Through the discussion on the space and time pattern of ecological environment from 2000 to 2015,the ecological environment is divided into three subsystems,namely,ecological environment conservation ability,ecological environment pressure.In terms of ecological conservation capacity,the fluctuation of Jingyuan County was decreased,but the overall level was better than that of other research subjects,and the other counties showed an increasing trend of fluctuation.In terms of ecological environmental pressure,the fluctuation of Tongxin County and Pengyang County decreased,while that of the other 6 counties increased.In terms of ecological environment protection,Pengyang County and Haiyuan County are in a downward trend,while the fluctuation of other counties is rising by.2%.In general,Jingyuan County and Haihai County are in the assessment of the level of the target ecological environment.The overall level of the county is better but in the downward trend,and the rest of the counties are fluctuation rise,and in the spatial distribution,the specific spatial distribution of the ecological environment in each county is changed from the " high in the south " to " the middle and low of the north and south ".(3)Application of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model,restrictions on the development of ecological land use and ecological environment coordination measure.Firstly,hongsibaou region from 2000 to 2015,the coupled coordination degree basically in the 0.4447-0.5621,can be roughly divided coordinating,Its type of coordination is expressed in 16 years,only in 2009-2010,U1<U2,U1>U2 in the rest of the year,belonging to the ecological environment lag type as a whole;Xiji County was in a moderate misadjustment stage from 2000 to 2014,and barely entered the low level of imbalance stage in 2015.The type of coupling coordination is U1>U2,which belongs to the lag of ecological environment,and Longde County is on the verge of maladjustment from 2000 to 2012 and from 2013 to 2015.The types of coupling and coordination are two types:U1>U2 from 2000 to 2010,belonging to the ecological environment lag type(2011-201).5 years for U1<U2 belongs to the lag of land use type;Jingyuan 2000-2006 2007-2014 low offset phase for the imbalance stage,2012-2015 is barely coordination stage,the coordination type is a type of U1<U2,which belongs to the lag of land use type;Pengyang County,from 2000 to 2009 for moderate disorders,2010 in 2014 2015 after entering into low imbalance,on the verge of imbalance,from the point of view of the coupling degree of class type,except for a few years(2000)U1<U2,of other years are U1>U2,which belongs to the students The coupling and coordination degree of Haiyuan County belongs to the stage of low degree imbalance in the study period,and there is only one type of coupling degree U1<U2,which is the land use lag type.2 from the perspective of spatial distribution.The type of coupling coordination realizes the spatial feature of "north and south high and middle low" from "south high to north low".(4)Back Propagation is used to predict the level of coupling and coordination between land use and ecological environment in the development zone.The prediction results show that:by 2025,The original county is at both ends of the sequence,Except Xiji County.In addition to Haiyuan County,the other six counties showed an increasing trend of coupling coordination between land use and ecological environment in the ten years after 2015.(5)From the point of view of regional coordination,some suggestions are put forward to limit the land use and the coordinated development of ecological environment in the ecological area,respectively,in order to raise the awareness of protecting the land environment,establish and perfect the legal system,and strengthen the comprehensive management of the environmental protection.Improve ecological migration and ecological compensation mechanism,optimize and adjust industrial structure,develop circular economy,develop ecotourism under the background of global tourism,improve the coordination level between land use and ecological environment through the above measures,To achieve regional coordination among systems,sustainable development.
