| For the past few years,with the introduction of the “the Belt and Road Initiatives”,the domestic economy has stood at a new starting line and its development has entered a new normal.By linking China’s economy to the world economy,“the Belt and Road Initiatives” promotes the docking and coupling of development strategies of countries along the line,providing new opportunities for the development of domestic enterprises,putting forward a higher level challenge to the enterprise’s human resource management.In this big context,chinese enterprises “go out”has become a trend.With the help of “the Belt and Road Initiatives “opportunity,the construction industry is actively committed to improving its competitiveness and realize the transformation and upgrading from traditional construction industry to modern construction industry.Therefore,how to promote the coordinated development of human resource management system,meet the needs of the company’s development and adapt to the international and modern management objectives has become the most concerned topic of today’s construction enterprises.Based on the basic theories related to human resource management,eco-environment and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combining with the development status of X construction enterprise at home,this paper analyzes the characteristics of construction industry and its product characteristics,the common problems existing in the human resource management of construction enterprises,and reveals the main problems to be solved in the management process of human resource of X construction company,starting with the current situation of human resource management in construction enterprises.Through the establishment of human resources evaluation index system of construction enterprises and the selection of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other evaluation methods,the ecological environment of human resources of X construction company is evaluated and analyzed,and relevant conclusions are drawn.Based on the review of the basic theories of human resources management and eco-environment and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,starting with the current status of human resources management of construction companies,and combining the development status of X construction company.this paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction industry and its product characteristics,and the common problems in human resources management of construction companies,also reveal the main problems that need to be solved in the process of human resources management of X construction company,by establishing a human resources evaluation index system for construction companies,this paper select evaluation methods such as AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluates and analyzes the eco-environment of human resources of X construction company,and relevant conclusions were drawn.On this basis,by analyzing the influencing factors of human resources management,this paper constructs the hypothetical model,which is inspected and modified with the AMOS 22.0 software and the structural equation model,and demonstrates the effects of the model,by analyzing empirically the influencing factors of the eco-environment of the human resources of this company,the human resources and eco-environment construction strategy was led,including guiding principles and plans,eco-environment construction strategy,and construction strategy of eco-environment of human resources,and construction processes.Based on the index system established in this paper and the research methods used,a corresponding triangle model is constructed for the influencing factors of ecological construction of human resources of construction enterprises,combining the common problems of construction enterprises and the main problems facing X company.a series of development strategy are proposed which meet the company’s current actual needs,and provide a reference value for the next construction of eco-environment of human resources of X construction company,also a theoretical basis for construction companies to improve their human resource management and promote their development.The innovations of this article are:In theory,we broke through general or universal research,applied ecological theory,combined with various influencing factors of construction enterprises,carried out research on ecological construction of human resources,and provided reference basis for ecological construction for human resources management research of construction enterprises.In the method,in the analysis of eco-environment of human resources,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted for analysis.In the analysis of eco-environment influencing factors,the structural equation method is used to carry out empirical analysis,so that the research is based on a reliable method. |
