Healthy lifestyle today’s society has been given full attention.It is one of the hot spots in academia to find healthy food with remarkable resource effect.Widely distributed willow bud is a healthy standard of wild plants,it is not only a very high nutritional value,but also in the treatment of many diseases have a remarkable effect.The main ingredient of Artemisia argyi is flavonoids.Human studies of flavonoids have begun since the early 20th century.Its removal of human free radicals,anti-peroxidation and other aspects of a strong role.It is the purpose and starting point of this study to select the scientific and efficient process to extract the flavonoids from the buds of Artemisia annua L.,to verify its role in the anti-peroxidation reaction,and to lay the foundation for the development and utilization of the artemisia bud.In order to find out the best extraction method of flavonoids in Artemisia sphaerocephala buds,the most commonly used solvent extraction method was selected,and several variables such as solvent concentration and material ratio,water bath time and water bath temperature were set.And in the experiment were used in ultrasonic and microwave to assist.In order to verify the function of the extract of Artemisia annua L.in the field of antioxidant activity,the total antioxidant capacity of the extracts of Artemisia annua L.was studied,the antipermeal reaction,the anti-lipid peroxidation reaction,the removal of hydroxyl radicals,Superoxide anion five groups of experiments.By analyzing and analyzing the relevant experiments,we conclude that the extraction of flavonoids from Artemisia annua L.under the condition of ultrasonic use time of 50min,ethanol solvent concentration of 50%,water bath time of 2h and water bath temperature of 60 degrees The highest rate,up to 4.02%.The microwave method requires high technology,the extraction process is not easy to control,is not recommended in the extract of Artemisia argyi flavonoids used in the extraction.In the validation of the antioxidant activity of the extract of Artemisia argyi,we found that it had a strong function in antioxidant and effective scavenging free radicals.And this inhibitory effect is enhanced as the concentration of the extract increases.When the concentration of extract reached 0.02%,the anti-lard oil oxidation capacity of the strongest.When the concentration of the extract liquid reaches 50%,the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radicals is up to 70%,and the inhibition rate of superoxide anions can reach 70%.Although the extract of Artemisia argyi buds in the removal of hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion two aspects of the role of less than VC,but its nutritional health aspects of the function can not be ignored.The development of flavonoids from Artemisia sphaerocephala has a broad prospect.
