In recent years,the oil industry,which is the main force of transportation,has shown a growing trend.In this case,the consumption demand of refined oil in our country is also increasing,and the corresponding product oil transportation is also beginning to receive widespread attention.The transportation means of the product oil mainly include pipeline transportation,railway transportation,water transportation and highway transportation.And the railway transport with large capacity,finished small,high stability and limited transport conditions,and other advantages in the transport of refined oil to occupy a favorable position.Self-provided vehicles are the main transportation tool for the railway transportation of refined oil.In terms of production and management of the oil production enterprises,Self-provided vehicles not only bear the transportation work,but also play a role in promoting the development of production.How to improve the operation efficiency of the self-provided vehicle has become an urgent need to study and solve the problems of the oil companies.Based on the analysis of the external environment of the oil transportation market,the paper makes a deep analysis of the internal management conditions of the refined oil transportation enterprise,and puts forward the direction of the management of the self-provided vehicle.Secondly,from three aspects of the vehicle,transportation and operation guarantee of the operation,the 10 factors are extracted,which constitute the operation management system of the finished product.Then,with the perspective of system analysis,using the model of DEMATEL and ISM,the interaction between the factors is analyzed,and the analytical structure model of the operating management system is obtained,which further reveals the internal structure of the system.Finally,an example of the model is analyzed,and the measures to optimize the operation management of the vehicle are put forward.This paper puts the factors in the system structure and makes the relationship between the factors as a basis for the proposed scheme,breaking the traditional research methods of the whole system is fragmented.The research of this paper is of significance for the research of the product of the railway in the future. |
