In this paper,the association between the anionic dye Coomassie brilliant blue G250 and the cationic surfactant CTAB and the nonionic surfactant OP-10 were studied by spectroscopic and electrical conductivity methods.By the change of the maximum absorption peak in the ultraviolet spectrum,the existence of association can be concluded.The FCSDI thermodynamic model with the sum of the concentrations determined was established to study the association between Coomassie brilliant blue G250 and CTAB at different temperatures.The association equilibrium constant of the reaction was obtained.The effect of temperature on the reaction was obtained from the results of the analysis.The enthalpy change,entropy change,and Gibbs free energy of the reaction process were obtained.The critical micelle concentration range of CTAB in Coomassie brilliant blue G250 aqueous solution was obtained by spectroscopic method and verified by conductivity method.The micellization model was established to obtain the micellization thermodynamic parameters.The interaction between Coomassie brilliant blue G250 and OP-10 was studied using Microphase adsorption-spectral correction(MPASC)technique,Coomassie brilliant blue G250 is adsorbed on the OP-10 by electrostatic interaction and follows the Langmuir isotherm.On this basis,we fit the experimental data through the model and calculated the adsorption constant and the maximum number of bindings.Using the SDAI thermodynamic model whose concentration of surfactant is much greater than the dye concentration,the association between Coomassie brilliant blue G250 and OP-10 at different temperatures was studied,and the thermodynamic parameters of the association reaction and the influences of temperature on the association were studied.And the enthalpy change,entropy change and Gibbs free energy of the reaction process are obtained.In addition,the association between Coomassie brilliant blue G250 and OP-10 in different aqueous alcohols were also studied.By adding different kinds of alcohols with the same volume ratio into the system and fitting calculations according to the model,and comparing the association constants in the aqueous solution,the effect of alcohol on the association reaction between Coomassie brilliant blue G250 and OP-10 was obtained.The solubilization of Coomassie brilliant blue G250 by the OP-10 micelle solution was studied using the model of distribution coefficient after the critical micelle concentration.The Coomassie brilliant blue G250 partition coefficients of the aqueous and micellar phases of OP-10 and the Gibbs free energy of the solubilization reaction were obtained.
