Studies On The Sanguisuge Eliminating Blood-statsis Injection

In the article ,the biological enzyme is used to extract the traditional chinese medicine Sanguisuge. On the basis of single factor experiment , orthogonal test is designed to optimize the extraction craft of the affected ingredients of promoting blood flow and eliminating blood statsis in sanguisuge with the index of TAME-valency accordingto the related literature.The affected ingredients of anguisuge is purified and searched by the method of Membrane Seperation Technology and Sephadex G-25 Seperation Technology whith the index of TAME-valency and made into into injection .Meanwhile we make the initial study of toxicology and pharmacology of it.At last,we make up the quality specification by the method of TLC, Coomassie brilliant blue and TAME titration.The initial study of toxicology and pharmacology prove that the Sanguisuge Hypopeptide Injection has the similar pharmaco- activity is a strong specific inhibitor to thrombase, and has the effective of anticoagulation, anti- internal clot and degrading the blood–viscosity .This praeparatum can prevent the formation of experiment- hromb,has dood therapeutic effect for disease of blood- coagulation, and is a prospected medicine of anticoagulation and anti- epistom.
