Study On The Environmental Impact Of Graphite Expansion Project

Graphite is the mineral raw material necessary for the traditional industry and the strategic new industry.It is a very precious nonmetallic mineral resource,in a very important position in the economic development.However,graphite construction projects belong to pollution type construction projects,and their impact on the surrounding environment is similar to other pollution type construction projects,mainly in the construction period and operation period of the projects.Based on the research of environmental impact assessment system of construction projects and the summarization of other related technical guidelines,we find a suitable work-flow and method for environmental impact assessment of graphite industry.Take Heilongjiang province Baoquanling dimensional graphite limited dimension large graphite expansion project as an example by using the environmental impact assessment procedures and methods studied in this paper.The results show that the environmental impact assessment system of the construction project studied in this paper is suitable for the environmental impact assessment of the expansion construction project of graphite.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Studying technical guidelines and cases of environmental impact assessment in construction projects,Summed up the specific process of graphite expansion project are preliminary engineering analysis and environmental investigation,determination of the range of evaluation and screening of evaluation factors,engineering analysis and environmental status investigation and evaluation,environmental impact assessment and pollution prevention measures of feasibility and environmental impact economic cost-benefit analysis.It is concluded that the graphite industry should give prominence to the evaluation of the accident risk in the environment impact prediction and evaluation.(2)This paper discusses the methods of environmental quality evaluation of construction projects,including the evaluation method of environmental quality and the method of environmental impact prediction and evaluation.Optimization of environmental impact assessment method suitable for the expansion constructionproject of graphite.(3)Taking the expansion of graphite dimension large construction projects in Heilongjiang province Baoquanling dimensional graphite Co.Ltd as example to verify the environmental impact assessment procedures and methods.The construction period and operation period of the project are analyzed,environmental impact prediction and evaluation,and the reasonable pollution prevention measures are put forward for the project.The environmental impact of Baoquanling dimensional graphite expansion project evaluation verified procedures and methods of environmental impact assessment in this paper.Evaluation results show: This project will produce Waste gases(PM10,benzo [a] pyrene,non methane total hydrocarbons),noise,solid waste and waste-water during the production of graphite,but it can be operated normally by taking measures to prevent and control pollutants.And during the operation,we must take the prevention and control measures of the leakage risk of the raw materials to prevent the occurrence of accidents.
