Under the new situation,China’s demand for high-temperature alloys,special stainless steels,ultra-high-strength steels and titanium needed for the industries of national defense,aviation and aerospace has increased remarkably.However,the production scale of key metal materials in the fields of military,aerospace and aviation industry in our country is relatively small.Some high-end products are subject to importation and have not been adapted to the market demand of China’s defense and military industries.In order to consolidate national defense and defend territory and sovereignty,our country needs to speed up the research and development of high and new-type weaponry and equipment.Therefore,there is an increasing demand for materials such as high-temperature alloys,ultra-high-strength steels and specialty stainless steels by the national defense industry,aviation and spaceflight.Not only new materials The number of varieties and more,and early research and development of materials through process improvement and mining potential,material demand has also increased dramatically.With the upgrading of materials,material purity,chemical composition and microstructure uniformity,the level of mechanical performance requirements are getting higher and higher.It is estimated that the demand of aerospace high temperature alloy,special stainless steel,ultra-high strength steel and titanium alloy will increase by 20% at home and abroad in 2018.In the process of this article,it is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including research background and significance,research methods and content,literature review and theoretical basis and so on.The second chapter introduces the basic general situation of Fushun special steel nickel-base super alloy technological transformation project,and analyzes in detail the present situation and existing problems of quality management of Fushun Special Steel Technical Transformation Project.The third chapter mainly plans the quality management of Fushun special steel nickel-based super alloy technological transformation project.Mainly from the project quality management program design goals and principles,the overall program design and implementation of program design and other three aspects.Chapter IV of Fushun Special Steel nickel-based super alloy technological transformation project quality management to develop appropriate safeguards.The same mainly from the project material security measures,financial security measures and safety precautions in three areas.The fifth chapter,conclusion part.The research contents of this article are summarized.This paper tries to research on the quality management of Fushun special steel nickel-based super alloy technical renovation project,to strengthen the internal competitiveness of the line and promote the healthy development of special steel project in Fushun.
