Research On The Quality Management Of Application Transformation Development Project Of Guangdong University Of Petrochemical Technology

The transformation and development of the local ordinary colleges and universities is a reality required under the new economic normal,an inevitable requirement of the popularization of higher education and an obligation that reflects the fairness of higher education.It is also one of the ways and means to guide the transformation of the local ordinary colleges and universities into application-oriented ones in some places in our country.Based on the theory of project quality management and taking the applied transformation project of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as the research object,this paper conducts the research on the quality management assurance system of application-oriented transformation and development project.Based on the clarification of the purpose and significance of the research and the clarification of the research contents,this paper adopts the methods of literature the research,the combination of theory and practice,analysis and comparative analysis,etc.Research methods,the problems existing in the quality management of applied transformation development project of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology and the causes of the problems are analyzed.The research found that the conflict between educational concepts,the lack of evaluation criteria,the lack of implementation of strategic planning and the lack of safeguards system are the important reasons for the achievement of the quality objectives of the application-oriented transformation and development project of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology.At the same time,we draw lessons from relevant successful experiences both at home and abroad,form a strong project leading group,build the working pattern that schools,governments,industries and enterprises participate in together,build a quality evaluation system based on project stakeholders,establish and improve the quality of the project and make continuous improvement Incentive mechanism,strengthen the monitoring mechanism based on the quality management of PDCA recycling project,establish an effective communication mechanism based on project quality management,and other safeguard measures to strengthen the project quality management process and so on countermeasures.In order to provide decision-making reference for improving the quality of application-oriented transformation and development project of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology and meanwhile to analyze the quality of the great reform of higher education which is guiding the transformation of local colleges and universities to application type in our country.
