| Seam blasting (smooth and pre-splitting blasting) is an engineering technique that rise up in practice, which can get even excavated faces in rock blasting and increase the finishing product rate in mining rock, and improve the stability of surface profiles, but the complexity of mass feature and the "three high" of explosive brings many difficulties to related theoretical research and field experiment.In seam blasting, adjacent hole means guiding hole,when explosive blast,the guiding hole changed the stress distributing of the hole marginal, that make the seam spread and cut through. The paper makes a detailed theoretical analysis of the role of the guiding hole, and a formula of calculation of the parameters of seam blasting has been worked out.The thesis first analyzes the mechanism of seam blasting, consider the function of the guiding hole,and confirms primary blasting parameters. The two parts - theory and practical project validate,supply,develop each other, from that we can know more deeply about the theory of seam blasting.Based on the dynamics of explosion and elastic mechanics, the mechanism of crack initiation and its expansion in rock were studied macroscopically, on the basis of hypothesis in a certain extent,the relation of de-coupling coefficient and spacing hole and the burden are deduced.The blasting parameters that got on the base of theoretical analysis have a nice match with field practice, so the correctness of the theoretic analysis is validate. |
