There are great changes in society aspects in Xinzhou city, and city construction makes more progress than ever before. But environmental pollution is more and more serious. In entire environment, the water environment worsening causes person to pay close attention to especially. With the improvement of living standards and economic and social development, the resulting volume of sewage waste water is also growing, but in many cities, sewage is not well collection and processing. Led to many of the receiving water beyond its own self-purification ability, which created a significant environmental impact. Drainage network and the construction of sewage treatment plants will largely alleviate this problem.In comparison of domestic wastewater treatment processes, the selection of oxidation ditch process and CAST process as an option. This article also made the two options for engineering design, and designed to do an economic comparison, the last comprehensive consideration of a series of techno-economic and environmental factors to determine the CAST process for the recommended program.Look at this study is mainly to solve these four problems:1. Xinzhou National Aviation Industrial Base under the general plan and proposed urban sewage pipe network, sewage plant site, as well as wastewater treatment plant process design.2. On the proposal for technical and economic comparisons, and choose to determine the best option.3. For recommended program process, structure, building, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and heating ventilation for program design. 4. The economic evaluation estimating that the project invests and being in progress is analysed.
